Welcome back to Fresh!  

We are the de facto Big Red Cats clubhouse, but everyone is welcome to make a reservation to join us for breakfast or dinner, from 27 December to late March, as long as the cats continue operating.  Due to COVID, reservations are required this year, so that we can properly space tables (groups of 6 people max per table with a 2-metre separation between groups), sanitize properly, and plan staffing and food preparation to minimize your wait times.

Michelle and her morning crew offer quick and tasty bacon and egg rolls with coffee, as espresso and muffins, full bacon-and-egg brekkie, avocado toast, loaded waffles, and fruit and yoghurt with homemade granola.  We request that Red Shutter Inn guests preorder breakfast the night before, and other cat skiing guests are welcome to do the same so that we can speed up the morning process, and minimize your wait time. 

Scott and the evening team offer local craft beer on tap from the Rossland Beer Company and a full healthy dinner menu and wine and cocktail list.  We understand that some of you travel with crates of premium wine, and refuse to eat out without it, so for you, this year we are offering a $10 corkage fee.  Unfortunately the shot-ski will be taking the year off, but she'll be ready and waiting for your return next year.

This year we will trial a couple of 3 and 4-course set-menu offerings for your group, which, if successful, will change throughout the season.  If you are bringing a group this winter, please call to discuss in advance.  12-person private groups will be seated in two separate tables of six.
